Miroslav Slezak

Miroslav Slezak joined the GSA in Brussels in 2006 and in 2012 helped to establish its headquarters in Prague. In 2015, he contributed to the start-up of the Single Resolution Board in Brussels and he led the IT unit of the European Defence Agency from 2016 to 2019. He returned to the GSA, now EUSPA, in January 2020.

Prior to this, Miroslav Slezak spent a few years in commercial application development, after which he entered the Czech diplomatic service and served for almost 10 years in various positions in Prague and Brussels, including 5 years in NATO HQ

Miroslav Slezak graduated from the Brno University of Technology in 1991. He holds a degree in software engineering, informatics and cybernetics.
