EUSPA is looking for experts with professional experience in navigation satellite systems and also in specific market segments and/or with hi-tech business building skills.

The European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) is inviting experts to submit their expression of interest for the EUSPA Call for Experts. 

The call aims to set up a list of individuals with significant expertise and professional experience in the following areas of expertise: aerospace technologies and engineering, space applications in transport, agriculture and food, environment and climate change, and energy. Other areas of interest include information society, innovation and growth in space applications, safety and security, economic analysis and entrepreneurship, communication and marketing, quality, product and security assurance, configuration management, and law. 

Experts may be called to support the Agency with various tasks, including assessing applications for EU funding (tenders, grants, and prizes) monitoring EU-funded projects and contracts, and providing opinions and advice on specific issues. 

Based on the expressions of interest received, EUSPA is setting up a list of experts. When and if needed, EUSPA will consult the list and award a contract to the most appropriate expert for the task to be performed.

Interested parties are invited to submit an expression of interest to callforexperts@euspa.europa.eu with the modalities and following the instructions included in the call.

The list resulting from the call is valid for five (5) years from the publication of the call on the EUSPA website (i.e. 10 March 2021). 

The deadline for submission of the expressions of interest is set three (3) months before the expiration date of the list.
