Open Days 2025
Informative sessions, immersive experiences and fun activities for school groups and the entire family, it’s all happening on 21 – 22 November at EUSPA Open Days!

Autumn may bring shorter, milder days, but that’s all the more reason to hop on one of Prague’s Galileo-enabled trams and join us at EUSPA Headquarters for EUSPA’s annual Open Days!

This free event is the annual opportunity to get an inside look at EUSPA, learn about its mission and discover the many benefits of EU Space.

This year’s edition, taking place on 21 – 22 November, is packed with activities for all ages. Highlights include encryption games, a Copernicus dark light tunnel, and a virtual reality space that lets you experience EU Space from an entirely new perspective.

Visitors can also follow a series of presentations, held in both Czech and English, running throughout the event, where EUSPA experts will explain the many ways EU Space influences our everyday lives.

For more curious visitors, we will have one-on-one info stands, where specialists will answer your questions. And should you be interested to become part of EUSPA, you can learn more at our careers corner.

There will be plenty of interactive fun also dedicated to kids and family such as building a model of an actual Galileo satellite to take home or competing in our space treasure hunt. And win prizes along the way.

And of course, don’t forget to pass by the Encryption Stand, where you can try cracking codes and solving puzzles, all while learning how satellites keep our information safe.

School groups are invited to experience EUSPA Open Days on Friday, 21 November (9:00 – 16:00) before the event opens to the public. You can reserve a slot for your class. The capacities are limited and places will be given based on the first-come first serve principle!

EUSPA Headquarters is located at Janovského 438/2, 170 00 Praha 7-Holešovice. Our doors will be open from 16:00 – 18:00 on Friday, 21 November and from 9:00 – 18:00 on Saturday, 22 November.

We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
